About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Eligible for 144-hour visa free transit?

I would like to fly Indonesia-Philippines (5-hour layover)-Shanghai-Indonesia. Is the short layover in Manila enough so that Indonesia will count as a third country and I will be eligible for 144-hour visa free transit?
