
Several questions about Visa Application Form
Lots of questions here, so a huge thanks ahead of time to anyone who can help me out :). Brief summary of my situation is I'm an American college student graduating in a month and will be starting a job in Shanghai in July. My contract is for 3 years.
-Is it necessary that I have a Chinese name, or is it okay to mark that section as "N/A"?
-What is “Local ID/Citizenship number”? Social Security?
-If I'm going for a job that I've been hired for, should I mark "As introduced talent" in the "major purpose of visit" section, or just "work"?
-What to put for “intended number of entries” if I have no idea?
-Do expected date of entry and longest intended stay need to be exact, or are rough estimates okay? Should I over-estimate or under-estimate?
-Who is “inviter in china”?
-One section asks for an itinerary of my visit. What do I write if I'm going for work and plan on obtaining a residence permit?
-How do I deliver the application? Do I need to go to a consulate general in person? Because that would be a huge inconvenience :/.
