About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

transit visa HK-Beijing - HK

can I use a transit visa if I fly from HK to Beijing (than 4 dyas) than return to Paris vis HK (one night )?

You need a visa. Hong Kong-Beijing-Hong Kong isn't a transit and visa-free transit doesn't apply.
