question , confused :( purpose of residence: 团聚 （ reunion )

Hi, I'm so confused and can't find the correct answer. I'm married to Chinese national. we went to Entry & Exist Beauru and they issued me TWO YEARS residence Permit, but I'm not sure if I can work on this or not! can i register a company and open a business here ( Resturant ) . Please help !
