About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Multiple Stops in China/ Or do I need a normal tourist visa?

Is it possible to use the 144-hour free transit for the following trip?
London - Shanghai (overnight stop) - Beijing (overnight stop) - Hong Kong - London

You need a visa. Two stops limits you to 24 hours.
