how to travel kaoshiong to tauyin airport

i have a friend want to take a bullet train from kaoshiong to tauyin int'l airport.. how much the ticket and is it direct to taoyin? or need to transfer for another transportation like bus going to aiport.? and also when she going back from vacation is that same transportation she gonna do.?
