You mean the Tulip Festival in Daning Park?
As I know, it’s over on Apr. 7th. Anyway, it’s held from Mar. 9th to Apr. 7th in Daning Park in 288 West Guangzhong Rd, Jing’an Dis.

Oh, that’s from Mar. 24th to Apr. 22th, and it charges CNY 100, BTW.
The Flower Port is in 2 Zhendong Rd, Donghai Farm, Pudong District.
