HK Airport to Xi Hotel in Kowloon by express train or bus?

What Express train/bus do I take to get from HKIA to the Xi Hotel, 7 Minden Avenue, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon?
I'm interested in purchasing the HK Airport Express Travel Pass

You can buy the pass and take the airport express to Tsing Yi to transfer to Tung Chung Line. Then, transfer to West Rail Line at Nam Cheong and get off at East Tsim Sha Tsui. Walk north for several minutes to your hotel.
