About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Visa Office Hours

I'm arriving at 23:30 late night. Is the Visa office open
to apply for the 72 hour free transit permit?

It is not a visa. Immigration is staffed as long as there are international flights which is basically 24/7 in major airports.
