About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

From United Kingdom

Hello,

I am travelling through Beijing, staying for 80 hours and flying from there to Pyongyang. A week later I will return visa Beijing for 24 hours.

Do I qualify for a 144 hour free transit?
