travel document for children

hi,
can our child's travel document apply in singapore embassy? cause we don't to travel to KL (china embassy) for the application. both we(parent) are malaysian & chinese(wife) and also are singapore PR. our child is using malaysia passport for travel.

Hi, you can try to apply for your child's travel document in Singapore embassy. But I cannot guarantee the result. You can call them to confirm this before you do that.
