Bus from Xian to Chengdu

Is there any bus from Xian to Chengdu instead of plane, will the bus fee be cheaper?

There is bus from Xian to Chengdu, but it is not recommended as the ride takes more than 8 hours, which is quite long. Besides plane, you may also consider taking a bullet train to Chengdu and the journey only takes around 4 hours.
