About:Dress Code in China

Hi we are going to Beijing Xi’an and Chengdu for a month from mid may to mid June.

How will the temperature be? Are tank tops, leggings, and runnings shorts ok to wear occasionally or should those be left behind? Not sure how to dress I don’t want to be offensive to anybody.

Based on the previous weather statistics, the temperature may range from 20C to 30C in Beijing & Xian and 20C to 25 C in Chengdu. The clothing you mentioned will be ok for you to bring with. Don't worry. Have a nice trip!
