About:Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport

Is it possible to do a transit without a visa with Shandong Airlines e.g HKG-TNA-ICN ?

Or is it possible to stay overnight like in PEK, SHA, XMN etc without a visa

If your stay is within 24h, no visa is needed in all the airports you mentioned.
