Philippine passport hold & Permanenet Resident of Singapore.

Do I need to obtain Chinese/transit visa via Guangdong China to New Your USA, layover time (CAN) 3hr 40 min to &pro?

Jha, you are eligible for the 24 hr direct transit in Guangzhou, and no visa is needed for that.
