Losing Chinese Nationality

I heard that a person would lose Chinese nationality by staying overseas for more than 14 months? is that true?

Well, I never heard this information before. As I know, as soon as a Chinese takes a foreign citizenship, he or she will automatically lose his/her Chinese citizenship.
