Extension of visa after losing job

Hello, I think my company doesn't want to renew my contract and are playing with the time to put some pressure and make me sign a worse contract. In case I don't agree and they don't renew me, my visa expires in one month and 5 days. Can I extend my visa after that while I look for a new job? For how long? What kind of visa would it be?

If you can find a job before your visa expires, you can possibly renew your visa at the local exit and entry administration and still get a Z type.
