About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I will travel by manila to dubai and has a 22 hr layover in Guangzhou.

Does Phillipine passport holder travelling from manila to Dubai with 22 hrs layover in guangzhou is allowed to leave airport and enjoy the city? Thank you.

You are eligible for the 24 hr direct transit in Guangzhou, and you can leave airport and enjoy the city. Nice trip.
