landing at pudongdeparting from hongqiao

Question

Can i use the 24hr free transit visa to change my airport at Shanghai?Also, how much time is required to get the direct transit at pudong?How much is the transfer time from pudong to hongqiao?My connecting flight to 3rd country is from hongqiao but i will be landing at pudong.I have 4 hours transit time.

Since February, leaving the airport in Shanghai is no longer possible if your layover is less than 24 hours regardless of nationality, so I cannot guarantee that if you can do the flight changing in Shanghai. You are advised to contact the airport the inquire this.
