Where to go for work visa one year contract

Hi we have signed.a contract teach in with a school in Hehe i province for one year and are in a tourist L. Where do we go to apply for a work Z and what are the fees for this. We are.from south Africa.

Hi, if you are currently in China with tourist L type, you can go to the exit and entry administration to change the L type into the work Z type.
