I'm leaving for Bangkok via Guangzhou Airport by Southern China stopover not less than 8 hours but not more than 24 hrs. I have a free accommodation provided by the airlines. Am I eligible to get the 24 hour stay permit to visit nearby places in Guangzhou before flying out?
