About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Inquiring. can I apply for two years resident permit. When am applying for my next renewal.

Hello.
My one year Chinese resident permit will expire May 27. My spouse is Chinese citizens

Hi, it's possible for you to apply for two years resident permit as long as you have all right documents. You can try it.
