About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit in Guangdong

I arrive from Honkong to Guangzhou and leave to Telaviv from Guangzhou making connection in Beijing

I will obtain a 144 hour Guangdong transit visa for my stay in Guangzhou, but my return flight is Guangzhou-Beijing-Telaviv. My question is : Can I travel through Beijing airport with my 144 hour region transit visa? Am I allowed to make a connection with this visa from Beijing?

Well, as I know, your route doesn’t agree with the 144h visa free transit policy. So you need to get a visa in advance.

No you cannot you will need to get a visa or stay in China for a total of 24 hr or less. This same scenario just happened to me a week ago and they would not let me board the plane until I booked a flight that got me out of China from within 24 hrs of landing in Beijing. Be prepared as it cost me a lot of re book last minute
