Amsterdam to Shanghai to Tel Aviv visa question

Hi, I am arriving from Amsterdam and will stay in SH for 48 hours. I will visit a factory in Ningbo, and then fly to Tel Aviv. I have an American Passport. Do I need a Visa for China?
