About:Xian Bicycle Rental

Do I need to get a Xian Public Transportation Card before I can rent a car?

Is there a place to get the Card at the North Railway Station?

No, only renting the official rental bicycle needs the card. If renting a car, just pay the driver with cash.
Anyway, the card can be bought at the Subway station of North Railway staion.
