Hey,my girlfriend has a Venezuelan passport and lives in Florida with a student visa.She wants to apply for a tourist Chinese L to come to visit me.How can we do to get this?Thanks for your answer

First, she needs to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, passport and its photocopy, residence permit in there, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation or an invitation letter from you. Then, submit the application to Chinese Consulate General in Houston.
