About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Married in USA - To live in China

Wife is Chinese citizen, and Husband is American. Recently Married in US. What is required for China documentation to be legit to live there (China).

The American can apply for S type for China. The required documents are: passport, a passport-style photo, a completed application form, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from your wife and copy of her Chinese ID card, as well as your marriage certificate.
