About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

From Brussels - Shanghai - Brussels for max 4 days

We have Dutch and Romanian nationality and we are attending a fair in Shanghai. In my opinion we don’t need a visa

You do need a visa. Brussels - Shanghai - Brussels is obviously not a transit.
