What would be the cab fare, and what are the reputable cabs to use.

Going from Baoshan cruise port with Celebrity Millennium, to Shanghi Marriott city center

You are suggested to walk southwest for 10mins to Baoyanglu, Wusongkoulu and take bus 952 to Xizang Zhonglu, Beijing Donglu, then walk west for 2mins to the hotel.
