About:Shenzhen Airport Transport to Hong Kong & Macau

We are staying in Mong Kok area and have to catch a flight from Shenzhen airport to Zhangjiajie.

I have found that I can travel by (metro) train.
I will carry a pre-arranged chines visa.
Where exactly do I cross the border and get my things checked (passport/visa).
How long this takes on average?My flight is at 22.00 in the evening.
At what time do I leave from Mong Kok

You can take east rail line to Lok Ma Chau and then go through Futian Port to enter SZ. It takes about 1h.
Then, take metro line 4 to Convention & Exhibition Center and transfer to line 1, transfer to line 11 at Chegongmiao and get off at the airport. It takes about 1h.
Oh, you are suggested to arrive at the airport 2h earlier, so you may depart around 18:00.

Thank you so much Jay. But where exactly is the border crossing? Is it in Futian Port? And it normally takes one hour to pass it? Did I understood it right?
