You need follow the signs to the counter of your airline to finish the transit procedure. As I know, the British Airways’ counter is E1 Counter in T1.

Problem is if I go through Customs to collect my luggage I won’t be able to go back in the Sky Pier go ferry for Zhuhai or Shenzhen! Thanks in any way.
