Train Information about trip in Shanghai.

Hi, I would like to know some details as followed:
1. I'm departing from Hangzhou to SH next two weeks. So as I know I will take a train from Hangzhou first. I wish to know which station I have to leave if I want to check in to my hotel first (my hotel address: No.403, Wuliu Road, Pudong New District).
2. My hotel name is SH Deco Hotel Pudong and I wish to know where to get the nearest metro station.
3. Is there any customer service to assist us in case we lost our way in the metro station?
