Hi, I would like to know some details as followed:1. I'm departing from Hangzhou to SH next two weeks. So as I know I will take a train from Hangzhou first. I wish to know which station I have to leave if I want to check in to my hotel first (my hotel address: No.403, Wuliu Road, Pudong New District).2. My hotel name is SH Deco Hotel Pudong and I wish to know where to get the nearest metro station.3. Is there any customer service to assist us in case we lost our way in the metro station?Thank you for your kind assistance.

Well, you are suggested to take a bullet train to SH Hongqiao Railway Station and then take subway line 2 to Lingkong Rd. Then, take a taxi to your hotel. No subway station is nearby your hotel, and don’t worry, the staff in the metro station can help you if you have any problem.
