My flight arriving Wuhan Tianhe Airport at around 23:30 and my hotel is Dorsett Hotel

May I know which airport shuttle to take to town before I take a taxi to my hotel at this hour? Tq

You are suggested to take shuttle bus Hankou Line to Meilian Holiday Inn and then take a taxi to your hotel.
