Does Conversion of S1 to Temporary Permit Require Documents from Employer?

Hi. My wife is here on an S1. I have a Z and a temporary permit for 2 years.

If I understand correctly the documents required to convert my wife's visa into a temporary residence permit are:
1. Wife's passport
2. Filled-out application form
3. Passport-sized bareheaded color photo
4. Valid registration form of temporary residence
5. Invitation letter from the inviter (me?) and copies of my passport and residence permit
6. Marriage certificate
7. Physical examination report

However, at the visa office they told me that I also need to provide a document from my employer.
Does anyone know what this document needs to be?

Maybe your employer's invitation letter is required. You can call the visa office to confirm this.
