About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I've tried contacting the Calgary Embassy in Canada, and a few Travel Agencies

And no one has heard of this 144 hour exemption. Is there an official link or reference that I can look at?

Embassies and consulates are not responsible for enforcing immigration rules so they would not provide the most up-to-date information anyway. If really in doubt, you should call the immigration office directly or visit their websites.
