About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Brussels- singapore- shanghai- Suzhou-shanghai-Brussels

Flying from Brussels to Singapore, 1 day in Singapore, then fly to Shanghai and visit Suzhou then back to Shanghai and fly to Brussels. 48 ours in China, does this qualify?

It qualifies if your Shanghai to Brussels flight is non-stop. In particular, it must not stop in Singapore or China.
