Transfer inside terminals in SHA - Hongqiao Intl. Airport-.

Hi there,
I will be arriving on May to SHA from HKG at 14h30 on T1 1 and I have another flight to take from T2 to NYC at 18h00. I have more than three hours for normal procedures, no for luggage because I will carry my own. I would like to know what is the best and fastest way to switch terminals inside the Hongqiao Airportq, and if there is any suggestion for it. Thanks in advance.
