3 months L visa

is it still possible to apply for a 3 months L touristic visa for China directly from Italy?i ll stay at my girlfriend 's home she is chinese citizen,also i ve worked in China legally for 4 years until jan 2018,i ve lived there before with the temporary residence form to prove it.
