tvow applicable for arrival at tianjin cruise port & departure from beijing airport?

Question

I am arriving at Tianjin cruise port at the end of a cruise on 26th April & have flight departures booked from Beijing International airport for 07:30hrs on 27th April. Will I be able to use the 72 / 144 TWOV system?If yes, do I get the TWOV at the cruise port or do I have to apply another way?Thanks in advance for your help.

TVOW is applicable for arrival at Tianjin cruise port and departure from Beijing airport. If you will travel like country A-Tianjin and Beijing- country B, no visa is needed.
