hiking from simatai to jinshanling

Is it already allowed to do this hike? Is it better to start in which one? If I start in Jinshanling, do I have to book in advance?Thank you, Omar

Well, since the western part is closed, hiking from Simatai to Jinshanling is not allowed currently. If you wish, visit them separately. As for entrance ticket, it is ok to buy at site for Jinshanling, and that for Simatai needs to be booked in advance.
