We are planning to go to Hongkong and Macau on may 18 - 23.

what is the possible weather on that day?

The weather in the two places is nearly the same, the thunderstorm may come during the days and the temperature is 25-30C. You can take your t-shirts, shorts and a thin coat is also needed.
