local post office can not find tracking number on their system .

Question

A supplier shipped a package with tracking number CP325395903CN via surface mail from China to Ghana . It is now 48 days since it was shipped and I have not received it . I contacted the Ghana post office to track my package for me but they say they can not find it on their system . Am I given a wrong tracking number or what ?

No, I track the tracking number on the Internet. It is the correct one. The logistics information shows that the package was exported straight Seal at Shanghai Processing Center on Jan.29, 2018. It doesn't arrive at the destination country yet. You need to contact the China Post as soon as possible and figure out the problem.
