About:China Visa

Is a letter of invitation required for a Tourist L visa?

Additionally, can the letter of invitation come from a foreigner who is officially studying, working, etc. in China? Or does it need to come from a Chinese national?

Thanks for your time!

LOI is not required if you can show them your hotel booking records and confirmed tickets. The LOI can be from anyone who is legally residing in China.
