Hi, Terracotta Warriors Museum opens all year round. Do you mean how to get to the museum from Xian city? If so, you are suggested to go to the east square of Xian Railway Station and take the tourist bus line 5 (306) to the museum. The bus ride takes an hour and the fare is CNY7 per person. A taxi from downtown Xian to the museum takes 40-50 minutes and costs about CNY150.
