Can I get a visa by invitation letter from my chinese friend

I have been china in 2016 . That time i got F class . Now i want to go china to visit my chinese friends. I i get a invitation letter from my chinese friend can i get visa.

Hi, you could get Chinese visa from the China embassy as long as you have all right documents.
