Is airport shuttle to the Beijing Railway Station working around 1-2am?

Hi, I would like to access to Haward Johnson Paragon Hotel (near the BJ station). We arrive with a pretty late flight like at 0:20am, so we might need to go through the customer and pick out the luggage and become 1:30am to catch a bus. Is there any public transportation?
