pickup ticket from shanghai hongqiao

Question

I bought my trip online (fast train to Beijing). I am a foreninger so I cannot use the machines. How much time should I calculate to pick up the ticket? Departure is 9 am (morning) on a Friday. Is there a fast line at Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station for this? I will arrive with taxi, is it easy to locate the pickup counters when arriving or will it also take time to get there from where the taxis stop? Thank you very much for your help

Usually it is better to reach station around 1 to 1.5 hours in advance. If you take a taxi, it should drop you at 2F, the entrance of waiting hall. There are counters set up on this floor directly, not too hard to find it.
