About:Baggage Allowance and Transportation

Shanghai to Nanjing

I am travelling from Shanghai to Nanjing in July and would like to know how long before my train departs I need to be at the station, some pictures i have seen bag are Xrayed and lines are long.

Yes, the railway station is always busy. If you already have paper tickets in hand, you can get to the station 1 hour in advance. But if you want to collect the paper tickets at the train station before departure, please leave at least 90 minustes.
