About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

I have not received my pick up number for my train tickets

I have booked and paid for 2 adults return trip from Beijing to Xian departing 18th April 2018 and have a tracking number but not a pick up number. When do I receive a pick up number?

Thanks for your message. The seats could only be booked 30 days prior to your departure date. That means your trip will be released on around Mar 20. We will book them as soon as they are released, then keep you informed by email. Hope for your notice.
