Im rooster born dec 2,1981. Female

I have a bf online. We had broke up many times. And this year was really the hardest for me to move on. We do not have final talks about our relationship. I guess he gave up. But before he didnt want us to broke up as he loves me so much. I do love him too. His lacking of communication is one of my problem. Until now he is not talking. It hurts me. He was born sept 27,1977. Is there a possible to be back again? I love him so much.

Also he was already planning to visit me here on April next month or june this year. And we already had documents to get a marriage licence. Is there a possibility that it will happen Or its time to move on since he never talk for months. Everytime we fights he didnt talk to me for months. Two months. Now its going two months again. Please advice me if i should wait on him or move on. Thank you
